Amused Cynic

I gotta get out of here….Obamagod’s coming to town. Just drove through Philly, and the police are setting up to close off major streets for his motorcade. He’s coming here so he can take the train from Philadelphia to Washington tomorrow, just like his new-found idol Abraham Lincoln. Hmmm….I wonder if anyone told him about what happened when Lincoln’s train passed through Baltimore on that trip. They had to hide him.

Actually, I’ve had this trip planned for some time, I have an 85th birthday party to attend in New England, and besides, it just wasn’t cold enough here for me yet. I believe the high will be 5 degrees tomorrow in CT. Will be back Sunday for some Eagles blogging.
