I think that Drudge headline says it all, although I initially wondered if it was the horse that was drunk, or the rider.

I will be heading out there in March, and will try to keep my love of drunken horse-riding in blizzards under control. Damn. It’s good, clean, cheap fun. This will really put a damper on my vacation plans.
